We love kale chips in our house especially fresh out of the oven!
They are so easy to make and take very little time or effort are great tasting and good for you.
Try baking up a batch today!
1 bunch of fresh kale
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil (adjust to taste and size of batch)
Sea Salt to taste
Optional: Add other spices to taste like cayenne or pamesan cheese
Heat oven to 275.
Tear kale leaves from the stem, wash and dry.
Toss the kale in a large bowl with the olive to light coat the leaves.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Arrange kale in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Watch them the last few minutes, to prevent then leaves from scorching.
Take out and enjoy!
